Preheat your oven to 170°C
Combine the Protein Powder, almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener and baking powder
Add in the egg whites, protein shake and apple puree
Coat a muffin tin with non-stick spray
Add a tablespoon of the muffin mix to the bottom of the muffin hole and press down lightly
Add another tablespoon of the mix on top and smooth over, add a few pieces of raspberry to the top. Repeat for the rest of the muffins
Bake for approx. 16 minutes until the tops are lightly browned and spring back when touched
